Scholarship Program

Santa Rosa Pharmacy is proud to offer a scholarship program with four levels of awards.
Award levels are determined based on the application submitted, student need, academic transcript, extracurricular activities, and community involvement. Please see the award matrix below:

Platinum – $15,000

Gold – $10,000

Silver – $5,000

Community Level – $2,500

Your application should include a 1–3 page essay about your background, education, and future plans. Be sure to include your academic transcript, any awards, extracurricular activities, and community service. Use the form below to submit your information and documents.

Santa Rosa Pharmacy has a rolling application period and evaluates all applications as they are received. The typical processing time is 30 days.
