Right to File a Complaint
If you believe your rights have been violated, you are entitled to file a complaint with us, the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services, Medicare, or your State Board of Pharmacy. All complaints will be kept confidential, and will not affect your treatment under any circumstances.
