How do I transfer in a prescription?

Transfer a prescription IN by calling SRRX with your current pharmacy phone number and prescription information at 850-622-3313. Our pharmacy team will contact your local pharmacy to transfer your prescription to our location.

How do I transfer a prescription to another pharmacy?

Transfer a prescription OUT by calling your pharmacy of choice with your SRRX prescription number and out phone number 850-622-3313.  That pharmacy will contact us to request your prescription to be moved to their location.

How can I obtain a prescription that is not available at SRRX?

New prescriptions can be requested from your healthcare provider upon request by calling SRRX at 850-622-3313 and speaking to one of our team members. Our pharmacy team will contact you once the prescription has been received.

How do I check the status of a prescription?

Prescription status can be checked by calling SRRX at 850-622-3313. You will also receive a text message your cellular device once the prescription is ready for pickup/shipping.
