Santa Rosa Pharmacy Scholarship Program

Santa Rosa Pharmacy is proud to support the next generation of leaders through our Quarterly Scholarship Program. Each quarter, we recognize outstanding individuals who demonstrate academic excellence, community involvement, and a commitment to advancing healthcare and community wellness.

We offer two distinct scholarship opportunities, each designed to support different areas of growth and achievement:

1. Academic Scholarship

This scholarship supports students pursuing higher education, vocational training, or professional certification.
Funds from this award are paid directly to the accredited school, college, or educational program on behalf of the recipient.

Award Levels (Up to):
• Platinum – up to $15,000
• Gold – up to $10,000
• Silver – up to $5,000
• Community Level – up to $2,500

Application Requirements:
• A 1–3 page essay describing your background, educational goals, and future plans.
• A copy of your most recent academic transcript.
• Documentation of extracurricular activities, community service, and awards.

2. Community Leadership Scholarship

This scholarship supports individuals making a difference through community engagement, professional development, or leadership within their field.
Funds may be used for conference attendance, chapter meetings, or community-based initiatives, and will be paid directly to the organization hosting the event.

Award Levels:
Applicants should request the amount of funding they are seeking.

Application Requirements:
• A 1–2 page essay describing your community involvement, leadership experience, and how this scholarship will support your continued impact.
• Documentation of your participation in community, professional, or service organizations.
• Proof of conference or chapter meeting registration (if applicable).
• Requested scholarship amount and intended use of funds.

Note:
All funds are paid directly to the organization; payments cannot be issued to individuals.

Program Details
• Application Period: Rolling; applications are reviewed quarterly.
• Award Announcements: Recipients are announced at the end of each quarter.
• Processing Time: Approximately 30 days after the close of each quarterly review period.
• Payment Policy: All scholarship funds are paid directly to the educational institution or organization. No payments are made to individuals.
